Our stationary and online shop is only in Warsaw/Poland. Other countries and cities we serve with the help of couriers and the Post.
How long does it take to dispatch Your orders?
Deadline for Your orders is dependent on several factors: method of payment, method of delivery, availability of products and whether the product is engraved or not. For example, if the product is marked on our site as accessible and is not engraved, such orders are shipping within 24 hours
I need to set up an online account to make purchases?
No, you can shopping as an unregistered guest.
Is our shop issues a VAT invoice?
Yes, of course.
What in case if I did not receive an e-mail order confirmation?

Where in the pen parker will be the engraving and how many letters can I put it?
Engraving will be on the cap of the pen or on the pen`s body. We offer engraving with up to 45 characters (this includes spaces)
Where is attached plaque with a engraved dedication?
It`s placed inside the lid of the Parker box.
What is a plaque? What material is made?
It is made of laminate engraving (special plastic)
What method is executed engraving?
It is a precision laser engraving.
Can I engrave all products Parker?
Most writing instruments can be engraved. Engraving is marked with a special icon.
How can I order my personal engraving?

What does it mean the letter F in the description of the nib or ball pen refill?
This is the width of the lines of writing. Width size "F" is defined as a line thin.
What is the difference between a rollerball pen and fountain pen?
"Rollerball pens are pens which use ball point writing mechanisms with water-based liquid or gelled ink, as opposed to the oil-based viscous inks found in ballpoint pens.
A fountain pen is a nib pen that contains an internal reservoir of water-based liquid ink and needs little or no pressure to write. Fountain Pens are often treated as luxury goods and sometimes as status symbols however they may also serve as an everyday writing instrument."

What are pen nibs made Of? Is the material affects to the quality of writing fountain pen?
"Many fountain pen aficionados assume that gold trumps steel, and if 14K gold is good, 18K just has to be better. That’s not really true.
Let’s look first at longevity: the answer there is obvious. The most corrosion-resistant chemical element known is gold. But pure gold (24K, or 1000 by European measure) is no good; it is too soft, malleable, and ductile.But when it is alloyed in appropriate proportions with suitable combinations of other elements (silver, copper, nickel, etc.) it becomes harder.
Generally 14K gold is the best, 10K gold and palladium silver are also surprisingly good, 18K gold is good but not the very best; and while steel nibs are much less costly, they can still be very good indeed.

In each model it is possible. The Converter is pre-installed in Sonnet Original, Sonnet, Premier i Duofold.
How to clean a fountain pen?
Najlepszy sposobem na dokładne wyczyszczenie stalówki jest umieszczenie uprzednio wykręconej całej sekcji przedniej w szklance z wodą i pozostawienie na kilka godzin aż do całkowitego rozpuszczenia atramentu w kanalikach stalówki. Inną metodą jest użycie tłoczka. Umieszczamy go w sekcji przedniej, zanurzamy stalówkę w wodzie i używając tłoczka nabieramy wody (tak samo jak nabiera się atrament). Następnie usuwamy wodę za pomocą tłoczka a czynność powtarzamy co najmniej kilkukrotnie. Po wyczyszczeniu, stalówkę pozostawiamy na około godzinę aż do całkowitego wyschnięcia.
